Felix Attard

It all started back in 2009, when a friend of mine suggested that I get into photography. It got me hooked ever since and nowadays I am always carrying a camera.

I feel most comfortable photographing nature. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than waking up in the morning in anticipation to capture an amazing sunrise or lying on the grass photographing intricate details of insects.

In the last 6 years I have also developed an interest in film photography. I like the whole process from shooting to the final image and for me. The mechanical simplicity of the cameras, the absence of technology, it is my escape from today’s fast paced world and a way to connect me with my surroundings and be in the moment.

As you will see, my work is varied but is mainly focused on one thing; capturing the fleeting moments that constantly unfold around me.
